LB Bowls Charity work. For the last 2 year's LB Bowls have supported the Short Mat North V South competition, in which this years match raised £800 for charity. Well done lads! We have also provided the team wear for England V Scotland Charity forum match 2011 and are proudly providing the kit for this year's match on April 14th Blackpool Newton Hall. LB Bowls are now starting a charity foundation to support children's hospital ward's, primarily in our local area, and then further afield to show our appreciation and gratitude for the care they recently provided to our son. This easter LB Bowls will be delivering easter eggs to all the children on C1 and C2 at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton. The 1st target for the LB Bowls foundation will be to raise enough funds to provide new toys and garden play equipment for the dedicated play areas put into the ward to support and encourage the many poorly children the ward cares for on a daily basis.
